Dzmitry Zvan’ko

Late on the evening of May 8, 2014, in Brest, Belarus a fight between anti-fascists and neo-Nazis took place. The reason for the fight was a nazi provocation. One of the nazi began raising his hand in Roman salute and shouting "Zieg Heil" and "White Power." Except that the anti-fascists were better skilled in fighting, so one of the nazis ended up hospitalised.

Emma Sheppard

Emma was sentenced to 2 years imprisonment on 24th February 2015 at Bristol Crown Court for committing “Criminal damage recklessly endangering life.” The charge relates to criminal damage of police cars in the Bristol area.  Addres has been updated as of March 2015.

Joel Almgren

Joel is a Swedish anti-fascist currently on remand for defending an anti-racist demonstration in Kärrtorp, near Stockholm, from a vicious attack by the neo-Nazi group Swedish Resistance Movement (SMR). During the fight, a number of the attackers were seriously injured and Joel was sentenced to 5.5 years on appeal. He is getting out on parole in 2017, and has a fine (4,000 euro) to pay of when he is coming out.

Debbie Vincent

On May 17th 2014, Debbie was sentenced to 6 years in prison for campaigning against Huntingdon Life Sciences, Europe’s largest animal testing laboratory which kills about 500 animals every day. She was also given an Anti Social Behaviour Order which means she can be arrested if she protests against or contacts Huntingdon Life Sciences (HLS) or its business partners for a further five years after her release from prison.

Karl Häggroth

Karl is a Swedish vegan straight edge and an anti-racist activist arrested in June of 2014 for animal rights actions directed against fur farming. He was sentenced to 2.5 years. Ebba Olausson and Richard Klilnsmeister were imprisoned for related charges, and were released on June 15 and June 17, 2015, respectively.

Karl has been active in, and leading many campaigns, especially against the fur industry and animal testing.

Paolo Rossi

The campaign against the building of the Turin-Lyon high speed rail link (TAV) has been running for 20+ years and regularly produces new arrests as the Italian State tries to suppress resistance.

Davide Forgione and Paolo Rossi, two comrades who have been involved in the Val Susa struggle against the TAV for a number of years, were arrested on August 30, 2013 after police stopped their car and found material considered suspicious.

Lucio Alberti

The campaign against the building of the Turin-Lyon high speed rail link has been running for 20+ years and regularly produces new arrests as the Italian State tries to suppress resistance.  Three anarchists, Lucio Alberti, Francesco Sala and Graziano Mazzarelli, were arrested on July 11, 2014, in connection with the action at the Chiomonte TAV site between May 13 & 14, 2013. On February 9, 2016, Lucio and Francesco were sentenced to 2 years and 2 months, and Graziano was sentenced to 2 years and 10 months.

Krow

Krow is an environmental and indigenous rights activist who faced charges stemming from a June 2013 Penokee Defenders protest that disrupted GTAC bore hole drilling at a mine site on the Penokee Range. On January 21, 2015 Krow was sentenced to 9 months plus 5 years of supervised release.  Krow was released on November 1, 2015.
