Juan Flores Riquelme

Juan is serving a sentence of 23 years, having been arrested on September 18, 2014 and charged with incendiary attacks on police stations in 2014 claimed by the Conspiracy Cells of Fire and International Conspiracy of Revenge. On July 23, 2014 a CCF cell bombed "The Dominicans" station of the Santiago Metro, and on September 8, 2014 a shopping mall in Las Condes.

Anna Beniamino

Anna was arrested on September 6, 2016 as part of Operation Scripta Manent, and sentenced to 17 years. On appeal, her sentence was reduced to 16 years and 6 months.

Alessandro "Sandro" Mercogliano

Sandro was arrested as part of Operation Scripta Manent, and sentenced to 5 years for participation in a “subversive association with terrorist purposes.”

On November 24, 2020, in the bunker room of the prison Le Vallette in Turin the result of appeal was issued against 23 anarchists accused in the “Scripta Manent” trial. Sandro was acquitted of all charges and released.

Operation Outlaw

On April 6th, 2011, more than 300 officers were employed in an “anti-terrorism” operation named ‘Outlaw Operation’ carried out in 16 different cities including Bologna, where police arrested 5 activists close to the squatted social centre Fuoriluogo and shut down the place. Another person was arrested in the nearby town of Ferrara and released straight after interrogation. Seven other people are under banning orders which restrict their movements and are also being investigated. The comrades imprisoned in Bologna can be written at:

Pierloreto "Paska" Fallanca

Paska was arrested as part of Operazione Panico and charged with attempted murder because of the wounding of the bomb disposal engineer Mario Vece, fabrication, detention and transportation of explosive devices, aggravated damage for the throwing of incendiary bottles against the Carabinieri barracks. 

He was sentenced to 10 and a half years (also included in the association since November 2016), and was transferred to house arrest in June 2019.

Giovanni "Giova" Ghezzi

Giova was arrested as part of Operazione Panico and charged with attempted murder because of the wounding of the bomb disposal engineer Mario Vece, fabrication, detention and transportation of explosive devices, aggravated damage for the throwing of incendiary bottles against the Carabinieri barracks.

He was sentenced to 11 years  (also accused of having become chief organizer of the association since January 2017), and transferred to house arrest in June 2019.

Salvatore "Ghespe" Vespertino

Arrested as part of Operazione Panico, Ghespe was charged with attempted murder because of the wounding of the bomb disposal engineer Mario Vece, fabrication, detention and transportation of explosive devices, aggravated damage for the throwing of incendiary bottles against the Carabinieri barracks.

He was sentenced to 10 years, and released to house arrest on June 21, 2019.
